Waiver Forms
All individuals who sail at COURAGEOUS must have a signed 2008 waiver on file. High school sailors, click here to download a waiver for your parents to sign. Coaches, click here to download your form.
No sailors will be permitted to sail without signed waivers! Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
