Boston Ocean Racing: Racing for the kids of Boston!

Get on board for the kids of Boston! Boston Ocean Racing sails for the love of the sport, and the kids of Boston. We raise money for Courageous level Sailing in Boston. Founded in 1987 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Courageous Sailing transforms lives through sailing programs that inspire learning, personal growth, and leadership. Over 1,000 at risk and disadvantaged children benefit from this program every year. In 2010, we raised $7,500 that went directly to Courageous.

This year Boston Ocean Racing will compete in the 32nd Heineken Regatta
and aims to raise $10,000 for Courageous.

the 2012 Boston Ocean Racing Campaign,
and get great Gill gear!

 

Suggested Donation Levels and Thank You Gifts
•  Donate $100 at the "Crew" level for a polo shirt.
* $100 can help Courageous buy purchase the boat parts needed to maintain a safe fleet of boats suitable for youth programming.
•  Donate $250 at the "Skipper" level for a racing vest by Gill.
* $250 can pay for one scholarship for one young student in need to take one and a half weeks of sailing classes at Courageous Charlestown this coming summer.
•  Donate $500 at the "Admiral" level for a top of the line, Gill racing jacket.
* $1,000 can pay for one scholarship for one young student in need to take three full weeks of sailing classes at Courageous Charlestown this coming summer.
