Courageous is pleased to offer youth and adult sailing on Jamaica Pond in cooperation with the Boston Department of Parks & Recreation. Please note: The summer youth program at Jamaica Pond is open to Boston residents only.

Thanks for joing us at the Jamaica Pond Celebration to raise funds needed to keep this program operating in 2010.  It was a gorgeous autumn day for sailing, full of great food and friends, and the site of the Latern Parade in the evening was truly spectacular!

The main event was held on October 25, 2009 from 4p - 6p at the Jamaica Pond Boat House and included cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, youth regatta, and music! Schedule
The Jamaica Pond Boat House is open from April 1 through Veteran's Day. The Boathouse offers sailing, rowing and fishing, Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Boats may be rented whenever youth programming is not going on.

Rates
Rowboat rentals are $10 per hour ($5 per hour with a fishing license). Sailboat rentals are $15 per hour.

Private sailing lessons are $45 per hour. Lessons must be scheduled at least one week in advance with the Jamaica Pond Site Director or Desk Manager.
